Writing / research / editing

Content writing

Explain your offer in your customer’s language.

Website copy, articles and descriptions built around your audience, reliable information and a clear next step.

01 / SNUHY

What can we write for you?

If you understand your service but struggle to explain it, or your articles repeat familiar points without answering a useful question, adding words is not the starting point. We identify the reader, the decision or question, and the information you can substantiate. Then we structure the piece, write for that audience and review facts, references and the next step. Start with one page or a set of materials, with each content type, research scope, language and delivery format defined.

01

Pages that explain your offer

Home, service, about and landing pages. Structure what customers need to understand, with an offer and next step that fit your business.

02

Articles with useful depth

Articles and guides built around a clear question, relevant sources and examples. Not familiar filler written to reach an arbitrary word count.

03

Descriptions that inform decisions

Product and service descriptions, or editing existing material. Check specifications, terminology and the details that influence a reader’s decision.

02 / EDITORIAL

From a customer question to a writing plan.

Question

What does the customer need to know?

A website-design service page: what kind of website, what work is included, and what should the visitor do next?

One question gives the piece direction.

03 / PROCESS

Inside the work.

  1. 01

    Define the reader and message

Review your business, offer, customer questions and current content. Agree the deliverables, audience, language and sources, identifying facts that need your confirmation or specialist review before use.

  2. 02

    Structure and write

Build a clear heading structure, then develop the explanation, relevant examples, references and next step. Use agreed search terms naturally where research is in scope, without keyword stuffing or ranking promises.

  3. 03

    Review and hand over

Check clarity, consistent terminology, sources and claims, then consolidate your feedback. Deliver the agreed formats and identify approvals, formatting or publishing still required before release.

04 / HANDOVER

A usable handover, not just a document.

Named deliverables

Pages, articles, descriptions and languages, each with a purpose, indicative length, research scope and revisions.

Approved information

References and notes on missing or sensitive facts, with your approval or the appropriate specialist review before publication.

Usable copy

Agreed formats and explicit boundaries for formatting, images and publishing. Extra work is scoped separately.

05 / BRIEF

Start with what you know.

You do not need to write the first draft. Existing links, a short service explanation and customer questions are enough to begin identifying missing information and sources.

Discuss your content project
  1. 01

Business, audience, purpose of each piece and the intended reader action.

  2. 02

Accurate service or product details, customer questions and materials we may use.

  3. 03

Existing content links, suitable tone examples and terminology to preserve.

  4. 04

Deliverable list, languages, target date, factual approver and any formatting or publishing requirements.

06 / Q&A

Questions worth answering.

01

Is the content SEO-friendly, and does it guarantee visibility?

We consider topic clarity, headings, questions, references and relevant links, with agreed search terms where research is in scope. Copy alone does not guarantee rankings, traffic or sales. Technical factors, competition, distribution and the offer matter; broader SEO work is scoped separately.

02

How do you handle sources and factual information?

Use approved business information and appropriate references, distinguishing facts from opinion and claims needing evidence. Do not invent figures, testimonials or first-hand experience, or pass others’ writing off as yours. Original research, interviews and paid data need an explicit scope.

03

Can you write medical, legal or other specialist content?

Research and writing boundaries depend on the subject and available evidence. Sensitive or regulated material needs the appropriate specialist’s review and approval before publication. Writing is not professional advice or compliance certification; specialist review is not assumed unless agreed.

04

Can I request Arabic, English and French versions?

Agree the languages, audiences and terminology in the proposal. Original writing differs from translation or adaptation. Versions, research and revisions are scoped for each language, rather than treating another language as an automatically included copy.

05

How are word counts and revisions defined?

By the purpose and depth of each named page, article or description. Agree indicative length, research and review rounds with clear boundaries. The aim is a sufficient answer, not padding to a target. Changes to the offer or audience and additional materials are reviewed and agreed separately.

06

Are design, images and publishing included?

The core service is writing and delivery in the agreed formats. Images, design, website entry, publishing, scheduling and account management are not automatically included. If needed, define responsibilities, permissions, approval and cost before work begins.

07 / REFERENCES

References behind the work.

Clear headings, sources and meaningful links support real readers. Guidance informs the work; it is not certification or a promise of results.
